General Venue Terms and Conditions

• Online bookings must be paid in full at time of booking.
• Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.
• Accepted form of payment via online system is credit card and PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Master Card.
• After completing your booking an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
• Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at the venue.
• If you cannot produce booking confirmation or valid ID in booking name then the reservation will be denied and no refunds provided.
• Booking is not applicable for group bookings. All bookings will be treated individually.
• Pink Monkey strictly forbids the on selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.
• Under 18s are not allowed inside of the venue past 8pm.
• No outside food and drinks are permitted in the venue.
• You agree to let us inspect any bags or other goods in your possession upon entering Pink Monkey’s premises. All items not permitted will labelled and held by security until departure.
• No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with Pink Monkey Marketing Department.
• No weapon or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue
• No animals allowed in the venue.
• Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue
• Pink Monkey reserves the right to change venue layout without notice.
• All information given to Pink Monkey must be accurate and current

Ladies Luncheon

• Our Luncheon package runs for 2 hours. Bookings must be made online or by contacting enquiries@pinkmonkey.com.au. The package is only available between 12pm – 2pm Saturdays & 3pm – 5pm Sundays. 
• men can attend although there will be a $25 fee per man
• Bookings on the day will be accepted but must be purchased online.
• Date change – available within 24 hours of making the booking. Please send email to enquiries@pinkmonkey.com.au
• Tapas and cocktail menu will be provided on the day as it may change due to Product availability.
• Outside can not be booked as it depends on the weather but we will do our best to accommodate all bookings outside if weather permits.

No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances. COVID-19 related cancellations will be considered.

Amendment Policy

• Date Change – available within 3 hours of making the original booking and free of charge. Date Change requests more than 3 hours from booking not permitted.

Special Events

• Pink Monkey reserves the right to change musical acts at any time. No refunds will be issued in the event of any change.
• Special Event Menu Applies

Force Majeure

• If for any reason Pink Monkey Management determine that services purchased cannot be provided in full, the booking date may be amended free of charge or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances. Potential Force Majeure conditions include but are not limited to fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism or government actions.

Important Information

• By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury at our venue for any reason. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment.
• Pink Monkey has a zero-tolerance policy for bad behaviour that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.
• Pink Monkey reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately if excessive damage or nuisance or unlawful activities occurs. If required, the relevant authorities will be contacted. Pink Monkey’s decision is finals and nil refund will be given in this case.
• We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Pink Monkey.
• All personal belongings are solely the guests responsibility. Pink Monkey takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.
• Restrictions or limitations on access to the venue may be imposed at any time.
• We may close the entire venue and/or specific areas on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is effected, Pink Monkey management will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
• We reserve the rights to modify these conditions at any time.
• Under 18s are required to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• I understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purpose.
• Pink Monkey strictly forbids the on selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.

Tattoo Policy
We do not allow facial or head tattoos into our venue. Any persons with tattoos that appear inside the red dotted lines will be denied entry.

We have structured our website so you can visit us and obtain information easily. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, you can be sure that it will only be used in accordance with the data protection laws.
